Shipping Information
House of Alkara currently ships within the United States only.
All orders are shipped via USPS using the following services:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
- USPS Priority Express: 1–3 business days
Dispatch Timelines
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Made-to-order or restocking items may require 15-20 business days before dispatch, depending on artisan production schedules
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you love your House of Alkara purchase. However, if your item does not meet your expectations, please review the return guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
Apparel
- Eligible apparel items may be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact
Silver Jewelry
- Eligible silver jewelry items may be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact
To initiate a return, please email info@houseofalkara.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with:
- Clear images of the product, and
- The reason for the return
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please notify us by emailing info(at)houseofalkara.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Clear images of the damaged item
- The product barcode
Our support team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
Final Sale Items
To maintain fairness to our artisans and uphold the integrity of our craftsmanship, all merchandise purchased at 30% or more off is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review product descriptions carefully prior to purchase.
Return Approval & Refund Process
- All return requests must be reviewed and approved by the House of Alkara support team before a return is initiated
- Once approved, customers will receive a digital return shipping label along with return instructions
- Returned items must be securely packaged and shipped using the provided return label
- After the item is received and passes our quality inspection, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment
- Refunds are typically processed within one (1) week of receipt of the returned item
House of Alkara does not offer store credit in lieu of refunds.
